New with tags vintage late 1990s, early 2000s (Y2K) B. Darlin floral midi dress. Red and white. Macro floral. Sleeveless. Lined. Red netting under. Twist/wrap bodice. Spaghetti straps. Rockabilly style. Dress had tags but a small flaw on the inside bust. Discoloration and running of fabric. Please see photo.
